FIRST SINGLE "TELL ME" FROM DILLON FENCE LIVE LP IN FLAGRANTE DELICTO MAY 15!

We released the first single from our Dillon Fence live LP, In Flagrante Delicto to the streamers this Wednesday, May 15! Save "Tell Me" here. This is a relatively new song for the band. I had recorded an acoustic version a while back; whenever I'd play it, I'd think "this sounds like it should be a Dillon Fence song."  Glad the fellas agreed and happy we included this rockin' version on our new live LP.

Tickets for our DF show with The Connells and Love Tractor at the North Carolina Museum of Art in Raleigh, NC on Friday, July 19 are selling fast. The seated tickets are sold out, but as of this writing there are still lawn tickets available at this beautiful venue. Bring your blankets and/or folding chairs and come celebrate the release of In Flagrante Delicto with Scott Carle, Kent Alphin, Chris Goode and I! Get your advance tickets here.

DILLON FENCE BIOGRAPHY

The core of rock nā€™ roll band Dillon Fence comes from the very same group of college students that formed the band in 1987 ā€“ singer / guitarist Greg Humphreys, guitarist / singer Kent Alphin, and bassist / singer Chris Goode.

Their self-released debut EP, influenced by southern jangle pop and british alternative rock, was a hit on southeastern college radio and heralded a new Chapel Hill, NC music scene.

Drummer Scott Carle soon joined the band, NC-based indie label Mammoth Records released their shimmering pop rock LP Rosemary in 1992, and Dillon Fence became one of the biggest draws on the southeastern college circuit.

The more alternative-leaning follow-up Outside In and the classic-rock-influenced third LP Living Room Scene took Dillon Fence on multiple tours across the U.S. and Europe with The Black Crowes, X, Weezer, Lemonheads, and Hootie and The Blowfish.

Dillon Fence stopped touring as a full-time pursuit in 1996. Since 2000, the band has been reuniting regularly to perform for their appreciative fans. For many, Dillon Fence music is part of the soundtrack to their lives.

Dillon Fence celebrates the release of the new live album In Flagrante Delicto on July 19, 2024.
